Description

• Digital Inputs: Three select inputs (S0 to S2), two enable inputs (E1 and E2), and a latch enable input (LE). 
• Outputs: Eight independent inputs/outputs (Y0 to Y7) and a common input/output (Z). 
• Latch Functionality: Data at the select inputs can be latched using the LE input. 
• Break-before-make delay: The 74HC4351 features a built-in break-before-make delay, which prevents output shorts during switching. 
• Power Supply: VCC and GND are the supply voltage pins for the digital control inputs. The analog inputs/outputs (Y0 to Y7, and Z) can swing between VCC as a positive limit and VEE as a negative limit. 
• Operating Voltage: 2.0 to 10.0 V for HC and 4.5 to 5.5 V for HCT. 
• Temperature Range: Specified from -40°C to +85°C and -40°C to +125°C.
